I have a gher (plot) in abadi deh area of my village but my relative want half of its possession. None of us have any ownership papers regarding that gher (plot). Few years back, as abadi deh part don't declare any ownership, my plot was marked in a road by SDM office and I have lodges various complaints and RTIs regarding the matter and make that issue solved and took back the plot. Now when everything has been solved my relative want half possession of that and filed a case that the plot is ancestoral and has been divided equally by a oral partition.
I do have the applications and RTIs regarding the plot which I had done earlier and also electricity metre in my name installed nearly 7 months back.
Else no one have any ownership paper or even lal dora certificate.
My other relatives are also with my relative.
Will the case go in my favor?
