I am Nasreen shaikh ( Muslim )My husband is a drunkyard he occasionally drinks and fight , this creates an uneasy environment in house and this effects terrible on my children minds (3 kids age 19, 16, 10) after this all he thinks I have an affair and create another chaos . I am sick of this and after 20 years of trying hard my eldest child advised to give up on him but since only I and my husband earns and even combined we only earn about 18000 .. can I get a divorce ? And if possible a fee waiver .

Thanks but can you please elaborate the process and the all around cost , also I am worryed that he might not accept it and create trouble in my children and my own lives .

A.you can obtain divorce from your husband on the grounds, and also maintenance for your children from hid salary.
