Legal case for defective product

I have bought a fridge approx Rs 1 lacs, from the very start I faced problem and in last three months there are 7 complaints.. As The company technician are unable to fix the problem after repeated attempts . I have asked for replacement , but they are quoting that only 15% value of cost will be reimbursed as it is now 6 years old . I told either to repair this and if unable provide me a new one but they are quoting that only 15% value of cost
will be reimbursed as it is now 6 years old . Can I file a legal case against company

A.If the fridge is in Guarantee and Warranty period, then, yes.

A.Is the fridge in guarantee/warranty period? If yes check the terms and then You can file case in Consumer Court.
