notarised divorce
during the year 2002, I was married with a woman (told to be taken divorce from her first husband) I have observed the divorce DEED which was issued by a Notary and signed by two witnesses from each side. On that time I do not know that WEIGHT& VALUE of that notarized divorce : after passing nearly 16 years, It is brought to my knowledge that, the divorce which was issued by a NOTARY has no value and is an NULL & VOID document. In these circumstances, what should I have to do? that woman also harassing me everyday

A.dear client in your matter Your marriage is null and void in the eyes of Law. Please file a petition before the court of Law for Nullity of Marriage. If the woman is harassing you, you can file a complaint before police against her for harassment.

A.Sir,
You file a marriage dissolving petition before the family court and make this notary document as a proof of your side. The court certainly consider your case and pass order.

A.Do you have that original or copy of notarised document ? You have not told what kind of harassment she is giving to you? Do you have any children from her ? You can safe guard yourself.
