I wanted to ask that if for eg a murder is committed and nobody suspected so the cremation is also done. Now if that person later on admits or hints on admitting on committing the murder, will that be enough to prove him/her guilty ?

A.dear client he has to surrender himself before the police authorities and then he has to make his confession in front of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. On confessing before the magistrate without undue influence or coercion and knowing that the statement may be used against him he holds on to his statement, then he can be punished.
