Old Anticipatory bail plea in HC still pending but case now closed by Lower Court. Old Anticipatory bail plea in HC still pending but case now closed by Lower Court.

Our criminal case has now already been closed by Lower District Court as "close the file" but our old anticipatory bail plea for same case is till pending in HC, should we do anything with the anticipatory bail plea now ? Since case has already been closed by Lower District Court Judge.
Or anticipatory bail plea is now void since case has been closed.
We checked online and there is a next hearing date for anticipatory bail plea in HC now.
Please advise in detail !

A.Dear Sir,
It is better ask your advocate to file a Memo in High Court and get the case closed.

A.Anticipatory bail is taken in anticipation of an arrest by the police due to some complaint filed by any person. Having the bail granted by the HC will not cause any harm so you can go ahead and get it granted for yourself. But if you are pretty sure that the case has been closed for which you had moved the high court then you may withdraw the case from high court. Ask your advocate to withdraw the case in high court and he will do the needful.

A.Dear client,
You need not to bother all about.
As you said that court below has disposed your case. So there must be an order of closure on dated........, passed by concerned court, then get the certified copy from that court.
Then on the hearing date at High Court place before your honour the same closer order. That Anti. Bail Petition files by you may be dismissed on record.
Thanks
