Flat owner not returning deposit

I was leaving on rent in Pune, while leaving the flat owner was supposed to return deposit which he has still not returned . The property is being taken care by owner's son.Now even he stopped responding to messages and stopped picking y call. I left the flat in month of June'19 and still struggling to get my deposit back. Could you please guide on how I can pressure him to return this deposit. Flat is in name of his mother but all dealing is being done by her son.
