RESPECTED LAWYERS AND ADVOCATES,
HELLO,I KRISHNA KUMAR KG S/O OF G VIJAYALAKSHMKI , MY MOM HAS TAKEN SOME OF 4 LAKHS FROM A RELATIVE FOR INTEREST AND MY MOM HAS BEEN PAYING HER MONTHLY WITHOUT FAIL EVERY MONTH AND WE ARE PAYING HER THE INTEREST FOR 4 YEARS AND NOW WE ARE FACING SO MANY PERSONAL PROBLEMS AND WE ARE NOT ABLE PAY NO MORE THE INTEREST THE PLAINTIFF IS YELLING AND HARASSING MY MOM FOR THE INTEREST,WHAT CAN I DO AND AM HELPLESS ...PLZ GIVE ME IDEAS AND SUGGESTION ??

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a suit for permanent injunction restraining him not to interfere with your and your family members privacy and ask him to approach Civil Court for recovery of his amount if legally due.

A.You may file a police complaint against the concerned person for harassment/intimidation. With respect to repayment of interest/principal issue, pls share more details, i.e. nature of loan, tenure, interest rate etc.

A.If both person having any legal document then you will need to pay otherwise file complaint against them to the nearest police station
