I with my family including mother one younger brother and one younger sister charged with 306 and 402 as my wife committed suicide in may 2018. And my father in law charged me for this saying she committed suicide because of demanding dowry but after marriage they not given me a single penny beside of that I have deposited some amount when she was in her mother house and deposit slip I have kepted and also I have many photos of her showing that she was happy with me but as usual some problems was with my mother she wanted to separate me from my family before committing suicide 2 month we all family visited JAGNATH Temple Orisa Pilgrims and enjoy there I have railway tickets and all please advise me as today case transfer to fast track court ||| in Howrah how much amount will take a lawyer to complete the case in my favour as my father in law lives in Bihar please suggest

A.Contest case well with help of good lawyer. Don't take it lightly. Collect maximum evidence in favour of you. In case you r convicted you must file appeal in appellate Court.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach High Court for quashing such charge sheet or file discharge application for Trial Court or engage a reputed lawyer practicing on criminal side.

A.First of all please share that in which court your cases is going on? Transfer of criminal cases are almost impossible as the jurisdiction is dependent on cause of action and the respective Police Station needs to do the investigation. In rare cases, with intervention of High Court or Supreme Court the criminal cases gets transferred. I would suggest you better get in touch with a lawyer who can help you in this regard.
