on 17.1.2019 at SHO Medchal Pollice Station, Medchal District and FIR has filed Crime Number 31/2019 u/s and 427 of IPC. Even though Medchal police filed FIR, the Respondents not stopped illegal mining and encroachment Unauthorized blasting and crushing operations adjacent to Nehru Outer Ring Road in Shameerpet Mandal, Medchal District, Telangana state by Mr G. Jeevith Reddy and others from last two years causing Sound, Air and Water pollution and in violation of Telangana State Pollution Control Board’s norms and regulations. The Applicant approached multiple Telangana state authorities; Telangana State Pollution Control Board, Telangana State Mining and Geology Department, Department of Mines, GOI, TS Police Department, Medchal Police Station, TS Revenue Survey Department, Medchal Mandal to stop the mining and the crushing operations from past two years but could not succeed. to stop the mining and the crushing operations permanently and to t by taking appropriate action to safe guard our life. As mining operator having lot of political influence and managing all the departments what steps we can take.
