claim rejected by surveyer only partial damage claim given

my car damage both front and back bumper as well as both back light.
but claim was given for back bumper and right back light only. but at the same time damage was done the following car hit and right light got damage anf i left turn to save my car hit front car and from behind left light biker damaged .
