A.dear client in your case Any stay from court of justice can be removed any time.You fails to mention stay whether it criminal or civil and permanent/ temporary.

A.If the stay order is given on false averments, it can be removed in one hearing. I practice only in Karnataka high Court, its now vacation for whole of May.

A.U have not specified as to which court granted stay order.High court or trial court and on what possible grounds u want to get stay vacated

A.The Stay order is for quick relief, not more than 6 months.Better to consult a High Court Lawyer for quick guidance & help.
