Is it compulsory to pay for funds for a tenant

The colony members have decided to pay 500 RS per month individually to hire a security guard. Is it compulsory for me as a tenant to pay the amount ..as they are threatening me to bear consequences and mass boycott...

A.dear client in your case Society members terms & conditions and bye-laws permit pay the amount or vice versa.However in the interest of security & cooperation of members & welfare are the prime factors to be considered.

A.Society members terms & conditions and bye-laws permit pay the amount or vice versa.However in the interest of security & cooperation of members & welfare are the prime factors to be considered.

A.First of all you should check your rent agreement paper. If this clause have already written in that paper then you have to pay for it. Otherwise as this property doesnot belongs to you so you dont have to be pay for that.. But apart from all this you can talk to your landlord and can pay this much amount by 50-50 ratio. Cause benefit of security would by you too like others!!

A.No it's not mandatory for you. This property does not belongs to you. This is property of landlord. He is to pay the amount as decided by the colony members.

A.Whether you have to pay or not will depend upon the terms and conditions of the rent agreement if any.If there is a clause in the rent agreement to pay charges other than rent and electricity then u shall have to pay .Otherwise you can't be asked to pay charges for security guard as being asked.
