Honorable Sir/madam,
I joing B.Tech in year 2005. I was detained in 3rd year due to attendance. I could not attend classes because of financial situation and I had to work. Now college is not giving my 10th and 12th originals and asking me to pay 4th year fees. Please advise.
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and get back your certificates by threatening that you will lodge a police complaint. If you have any dues towards college fees then they can approach Civil Court for recovery of the same but cannot deny to return your originals.

A.This type of deal by education sector is really pathetic. You need to communicate with college authority and if they didn't listen then take grievance to University. Lastly, if they didn't intercept then file a complaint in police or send a notice for initiating case in court.

A.Dear client ,
No person or institution have richt to hold your original certificates, especially against non payment of fees. Hence, firstly writ an application to registrar and V.C if not then file an FIR against collage and principal. Or you have also option to file writ at H.C.

A.Approach the college authorities with written communication. If still it doesn't work plz send Legal notice. If need b plz contact through Vidhikarya. Thanks
