I would like to know is there any way to appear one of the accused to not to appear in the court physically in criminal case for 313 statement . Total accused are 6 out of them last accused is unable to attend the court in 304B case.

A.Dear Sir,
The law is not so matured. Actually there are any citations on this issue. The Trial Courts may split up the case against absconding accused and record your five accused persons 313 statement and pronounce its judgments. You may alternatively approach High Court for appropriate directions to the Trial Court.

A.Take statement through video conference. Make such application before court if such person unable to attend court proceeding then only
