Dear Sir/Madam, My grand father wrote a will in the year of 2002 on my father's including 02 uncles name but now one of 5th mother in law (fathers sister) out of 6th mother in laws issued a original suit to my grand mother for asking her share in property including home but my grand mother had 6 acre of land which was gifted to my grand father by grand mother in the year of 1965 which was transferred to my father and 02 uncles via will now they are demanding my father and uncles to leave 6 acre land, they made group of 05th mother in laws including my younger uncle to sought 47 acres into 10 shares and 13 acres included in the will, which was wholly owned property of my grand father and another 22 acres is on my father and second uncle name. Recently my village senior members gathered all my family members to solve issue by providing 3 acres (ancestor property) to 06 mother-in -laws and dividing remaining property equally to father and uncles. They did not agree and hired a lawyer and sent O.S. and trying to prove all 47 acre purchased against 3 acres (ancestor property) income and the same we also have hired a lawyer, sessions are conducting 3-4 once in month. Please let us know whether the total 47 acre needs to be divided into 10 shares whereas a will is for 13 acres registered legally and remaining land have owned individually but still we are considering as "HUF" so please let us know further in this matter.
