I have a plot size of 900 sqr fit which is brought from direct land owner. Plot located on border of nagar palika and village panchayat.for marking of border big size stone fix there. My plot in nagar palika. When my plot measure by lekhpal he told to me that on east side your plot 4 fit rest land of border side (nagar palika and village)and you have open your gate on this side. I have constructed a small size house in the plot . after construction when I open gate on border side. Land owner of the opposite site stop to making the gate and he told me that here is not any way to pass out. After it I meet to lekhpal and said to me that on this not any road in the map or paper. My house fully blocked and not any other way to pass out. my house roof is completed and only final touch work pending. Please help me.
You may file a civil suit and get appointment of Court Commissioner and thus get appropriate orders from the Court.
