Property Registration Not Done By Seller Property Registration Not Done By Seller

Hello,
I have purchased a property in 2015. However, the registration has not been done by the Company yet. They kept on assuring us that they would do the registry but they did not. After some point of time, they stopped responding to my calls. Also, their offices are closed now.
It's been almost 5 years that I have been living in the property. I have valid electricity bills also I have been regularly paying taxes in the name of the Company.
Please help.
