Divorce Divorce

Respected sir/madam
I really want to know the grounds for divorce especially for my case. I got married this year and its been eight months now. I got married to my uncle's daughter and my parents forced me to get married. I tried to stop my parents not to do this bcoz I have brought up together with my uncle's daughter and she is more like a sister to me and I never looked anything beyond the terms of sister. But they didn't listen to my opinion. Finally I ended up marrying her and got compromised with my parents teachings that after marriage I will be normal with her like anybody. But reality turned out to be worse. I have not talked to her and I have not shared bed. All these eight months I have been sleeping alone in another room. I tried my best to continue in this relationship not to hurt her but I cannot. I can't handle it anymore and I don't want to spoil both of our life. She seems to be interested in me but I cannot see her as my wife. Right now I decided I shouldn't make her life worse and my life too. I decided to apply for divorce but she is a small little girl no idea of what life is, and she won't go and give divorce also. I am sure she is gonna make me feel worse by crying and hurting herself. Its better for us to live separate. I really need divorce and I am ready to apply after the completion of one year. Please suggest me any opinion

A.Dear Sir,
If marriage is not consummated you may file divorce within one year of marriage otherwise it is very difficult for you to get divorce.

Thanks.
