My grandfather earned 10 acres land after his death my father and my father brother wrote partition deed as per law in 1992 .Recently revenue department taken my 5 Acres and they are saying that land is government land .so they cancelled my dkt patta given by m.r.o .
so now can file a case on my father brother to give part on his land because that land belongs to my grandfather.

A.Dear Sir,
Your argument is correct, to get that, you must rightly or falsely plead that your uncle has knowledge that the portion fallen to you was that of government land.
