My grandfather earned 10 acres land after his death my father and my father brother wrote partition deed as per law in 1992 .Recently revenue department taken my 5 Acres and they are saying that land is government land .so they cancelled my dkt patta given by m.r.o .
so now can file a case on my father brother to give part on his land because that land belongs to my grandfather.
