CR case! ordered for police enquary.
I have filed a CR case in the JM court few months back after 200 and filling major evidence part as document. But unfortunately Justice ordered for police enquiry report insted of having sufficiently enough evedence... and meanwhile police biased enough to avoide the enquiry. Criminals are creating hell for me moving free and dates are passing by.
In this situation is there any section under which I can file a petition in the court to consider for evedence verification or judicial enquiry insted of meaningless police enquiry? Please help.
