If there is a civil and criminal case on a particular piece of land and if the civil case is settled amicably out of court, can the criminal case continue or can it be disposed?

A.Without withdrawing both cases not must be withdraw both cases

A.Dear Sir,
There are provisions in CRPC called compounding the offence or compromise the case, after disposal of civil case then you have to move an application for compounding the criminal case and it cannot happen automatically and consent of complainant is necessary.
