Criminal case ( Section 420, 466, 120b alternated 464, 471 r/w 34

I have been arrested and sent to remand for 14 days to jail now iam on bail as A9 in the above sections. My question is, if any possible for deletion before charge sheet produce in court.
A.You are able to get rid of the charge from charge sheet only, when police file a charge sheet against you before the court then only you can file an application for discharge from all the charges have been levied upon you by the police, before the same court and you also have to be very vigilant about the status of other accused persons.
