My neighbour had a jiant dog whom she relived free daily since last few days, dog is barking to people and tried attack on people like subjiwala or any salesman coming on society , I am 60 in age , cancer patient and stay alone so have to go out of my compound to buy vegetables, milk or anything, anytime, this dog is risky , so I requested her not allow dog alone but today also she free dog who make my house dirty with potty, now kindly advice can I lodge police complaint against her which stop this nuisance and save me from accident and make me free from danger?

A.1. you can make a police complaint against her for creating nuisamce in the society,
2. you can also file a civil suit to retrain her from doing such unsocial activities
