neighborhood harrasment

from December 21st my family facing harrasment through different situations, creating bad rumours on family, the lady of house made a challenge on my face " that she won't let me go, want to play with my life ". i went to village ex sarpanch sir so that things will get better. now my life went on threatens, cause their family went through bogus rape scenes twice. now we are getting comments and mental torture. ( they were doing this personally, when I'm alone with my mom, now I'm 27 ) so, i want to go legal to put an end game to this nonsense. cause now days innocence are paying their life's. so pls advice me how to fight on this cases.
