A CR Case issue
I have filed a CR case in the JM court few months back after 200 and filling major evidence part as document. But unfortunately Justice ordered for police inquiry report instead of having sufficiently enough evidence... and meanwhile police biased enough to avoid the inquiry. Criminals are creating hell for me moving free and dates are passing by.
In this situation is there any SECTION under which I can file a petition in the court to consider for "provided document evidence" verification or judicial inquiry instead of meaningless police inquiry? Please help.
