I am having trouble from the flat owner who resides above me. Every day he makes noise between 12 t 1.30 or 2.00 in the midnight. The noise includes furniture movements,slidings, items dropping on floor, jumping on floor, walking noise and many more. I informed them many times but no improvement in their behavior. It disturbs our sleep every night. Right now also I m posting this at 1.15 am due to the same. How shall we proceed about. I need either them to stop this noise or charge hepty penalty so they don't dare to do this..

A.1. raise your concern to the RWA,
2. you can also send them a legal notice to stop creating a nuisance,
3. you can also file a civil suit against them to restrain them from creating any nuisance which interrupts your peaceful living,

A.Dear Sir,
Please written complaint to the society sercretary/chairman. If the issue is not resolved the make a police complaint.
