CCTV - focusing others campus

Neighbours installed cctv on their 1ft side wall. which is focusing part of our balcony where we most rest. and restroom way...
have informed them to move not focusing... but not listen.. i believe its not legal.. shall i file complaint? under what reasonb???

A.1. file a police complaint against the neighbour since the installation of CCTV is violation of your Right to Privacy

A.Go to the nearest police station and file complaint against them immediately if not possible then go to the court

First give a chance to your neighbour to explain why have they installed it.Has he installed it for a resdential purpose or any other reason? Now the question arises that whether the wall where the camera is installed ,is a common wall or an adjacent wall? There is a prima facie in the case but details are required.
