Do district court can give judgement without removal of stay order
A.Dear client,
The district court is a court lower than the High court, So in no case scenario, there can be interference or order overruling the order of a higher court by the lower court.
Thank You

A.dear client in your matter District court cannot pass judgement against the order of HC. You have to first seek objection on the stay of HC, file the same before the District Court and then the DC will pass an order.
