Rajasthan Rent Control Act

I am a landlord of a property let out for about 25 years covered under the rent control act rajasthan.
Can we file a petition directly under bonafide necessity or a notice is required first.
We do not have a house and stay on rent.

A.dear client in your matter As per Law, you need to first send a Notice and then file a suit.

A.It is natural justice to give a notice even as per section 106 of Transfer of Property Act notice require, issue notice and proceed. You will get it.

A.For evicting the tenant, u have to file eviction suit in civil judge court.with prayer the house is required for personal use.Before filing suit u have to send notice u/s 106 of TP Act. Consult civil advocate for further advise
