I am 27 years old, I talk to one of my online friend, she is married. She is just 21 and her husband is 41. We talk for hours in a day even in night also, but never met each other. We just talk on phone and chat with each other, we also like each other.
Does this lead to any legal actions on me if her husband finds this and complains about me.

A.dear client in your matter It is not a crime. But, the repercussions may fall on that lady by his husband. He may consider it as extramarital affair and opt to divorce her or even may try to harm her.

Section 498 in The Indian Penal Code
498. Enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intent a married woman.—Whoever takes or entices away any woman who is and whom he knows or has reason to believe to be the wife of any other man, from that man, or from any person having the care of her on behalf of that man, with intent that she may have illicit intercourse with any person, or conceals or detains with that intent any such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
