I worked in an organization for 25 days and they did not issue offer letter. After compelling them, they sent only soft copy of offer letter that too not in full. Now they did not pay for 20 days. I have been asking them to pay for notice period too. The company is an IT Training company in chennai working for CTS. The CEO is so adamant and arrogant and she is torturing by not paying inspite of my repeated reminders, requests. Harassment is too much and stress is at peak.

A.If the offer letter mentions your correct date of joining, you can claim for the salary for your working days. Approach the labour commissioner of your city. The matter should be taken forward by the labour commissioner. If not you might need to take legal action after which you will have to claim salary as well as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
