Buying house through loan while divorce case is going on

I had filed a divorce case in 2015 and the ex-party process is going on. I have a baby girl who is living with her mother. Meantime, I want to buy a house by availing housing loan.
Will it be possible for me to sell the property to any relative if I see the demand of maintenance from my wife or daughter during this divorce process or after the divorce process.

A.dear client in your case If u r buying house from self acquired loan from the Bank,then u can sale the house any time after clearance of loan from your side.but u can't escape from paying permanent alimony to your wife if she demands.U will also liable to pay maintainance to your daughter till she attains majority
