If any candidate has applied under OBC category , got selected , full all the conditions of general category as well , beat the gen merit , attended counselling under OBC, got the job as Applied in OBC , consider in general and then found that BC certificate is obtained with incomplete information ? Now , will candidate be thrown out ?? or is he still deserve seat as a general candidate ?
