Getting deserved seat

If any candidate has applied under OBC category , got selected , full all the conditions of general category as well , beat the gen merit , attended counselling under OBC, got the job as Applied in OBC , consider in general and then found that BC certificate is obtained with incomplete information ? Now , will candidate be thrown out ?? or is he still deserve seat as a general candidate ?
A.Dear Sir,
Since you have been considered under OBC category as such you cannot get any seat under general category however if there is a vacancy in general category then you will be considered under general category. If there are any loopholes in your OBC certificate get it rectified or approach High Court for immediate relief otherwise you will be thrown out.
