I am of 30 year old male
Meri shadi April 2015 me hui thi and Nov 2016 ko meri wife ne mere uper 3 case kiye gharelu hinsa jis me meri puri fmly ka naam hai and ek case jis me us ne case bnaya hai k us k ghr ja kr us k pure pariwar ko meri puri fmly ne mara and dowry ki demand ki and na dene per jaan se marne ki dhamki di.
And ek case kiya kherchy ka.
Sir in 3 case ko ldty hue ab 2 saal ho jaye gy us ki fmly me us k papa and brother samjhota ko maan nhi rhy hain maine court me bhi apni file samjhota k liye send ki but un ki trf se koi responce nhi.
WO log bolty hain ki un ko bas case ldna hai.
Sir mera pura carrier meri jitni saving thi ya jo bhi hai sab khtm hota ja rha hai and mental dipression rhti hai.
Kya is ka koi option nhi hai k case khtm ho sake.
Plz help me.
Supreme Court itself coming to the aid such persons. Just take all the cases casually. Nothing to bother. Laws are like that being misused.
