A. Dear Sir,
It is purely contractual and civil case. You may take injunction against the police and other party saying due to change circumstances you could not complete the construction. 2. It creates huge problems with maja kathatdi because many died.
But you can use normal cotton flying kite but My advice is not to use in Chennai. You can use in large space like rural area where the road is far away to a distance of 1 to 5 km Away.
Please do not use many people died especially children are elders died in this regard.
