My father brought up and took care of his 13 siblings along with his mother for 40+yrs, brought a land and build a house where all his siblings are still living(joint family concept) ,when the house was built he registered it in his parent name as he was not married then, now he wants to register the house in my name and my siblings name but his greedy selfish siblings earning pocket full of money and having loads of property in other places are against it what can be done in this situation to save our hard earned property?
A.Just get it register and ask them to go the court.

A.Being there 13 siblings in a big house there will be disputes later on in the family also, so as to have a good relation through out & near future it is advisable to dispose off the property & all stay separately by giving each share to every legal heir. If any 1 or 2 families want to retain the same property then they both may give other 11 siblings their share & the others may walk out of the property as they have received their shares respectively. It is seen that later disputes in property get worst & some own family members may try to overpower the other in long run. So better amicably solve the issue among yourselves.
