The properties which are solely owned by you ( understood as bought by you) your brother will not have any say in that unless you allow him to through gift deed or some conveyance.
When the distribution happens after the demise of your father and if your father has not willed or gifted his portion to anyone then for that portion only your brother will gain some right.

your question is not clear due to lack of family tree and property details. But be advised that the deceased's sister children do have rights in the property here the deceased would have had. So, it depends whether the sister had the right on the property or not.

You should advise your parents to stop demanding for dowry as that is a criminal act and if complained by anybody/your wife then they can be arrested by the police. If you have an ancestral property then they cannot throw you out of that property.
