icon Leave without pay

I have applied for leave without pay for 2 years to pursue a regular course. But my department rejected it without giving any reason. Can I sue my department for not giving me leave.

A. I guess you are working in a public sector organization. If they have policy of sabbatical then must give you a reason for rejection if not then you will have take it up with the HR and find out a tailored solution for this scenario. Filing a case against the organization is possible but one has to look into many factors.

A. How does it matter that which way yo have been cultivating as any land will have boundaries in four direction and regardless of the direction of cultivation the land owner must have a right to approach that land. In case anyone is not allowing the right to access then file a case against that person seeking easement right in the property.

A. Dear Client,

You can secure your rights in the property if all four and legal heir(s) of the deceased brother sign the selling deed. If the legal heir of the deceased sibling is unwilling to sign the sale deed, have them sign a relinquishment deed.

Thank you!

A. Dear client,
Since you have taken a loan from the bank, you need to repay them eventually. However, this does not mean they can use harassment as a tactic to get payment from your end. You can file a police complaint against the people shouting and threatening you over the phone and you can inform them of the same and tell them to put an end to it. As for the repayment, you can ask the bank manager for an extension in the date of repayment by explaining your situation.
Thank you.

A. Dear client,
You can explain your situation to the nearest District School Inspector. In such cases involving financial troubles, schools are usually expected to have certain mechanisms in place. Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. If the School Inspector cannot help then you can file a writ petition in the High Court.
Thank you.

A. What exactly you want? In case you are not happy with the increment then speak to your manger/employer and tell him that you are not satisfied with the increment and for additional work they can give you more incentive. Hopefully they should look in to that.

A. Since the separation case is family matter and the procedure is like a civil case hence it was allowed to be transferred but the procedure under the DV Act is like a criminal case and hence it will not be allowed to be transferred. In DV case the mother in law has filed a case which will be handled by local police and the magistrate. So, very rare chances of transfer.

A. Dear Client
you can very well file a writ petition in the Madras High Court challenging this order of the Tamilnadu government. But let me tell you that it all will depend on your arguments in the court to get a favourable judgement in your favour. COVID-19 is a new thing and lot of research and insights are required before going into the case. So, prepare accordingly.
