A. Dear client,
They have every right to ask for the EMI from you. However, they cannot harass you into paying the EMI. You can file a legal notice and send it to them. But, since you are the one at fault in paying back the EMI, it may be tough to claim them constantly contacting you was 'harassment'. Instead, you can write a letter explaining your financial situation to them and ask for more time to repay the EMI.
Thank you.

icon cancellation of admission and refund of fees

i want to cancel my admission and i request the college authority to cancel my admission but they reject the application then i remind them of ugc guidelines but they said that ugc guidelines are not

A. Dear client,
They cannot reject your application. Moreover, each private university shall be established by a separate State Act and shall conform to the relevant provisions of the UGC Act, 1956. In case the college still does not listen, you can send them a legal notice. You can refer to the same by accessing this link:

Thank you.

I did not get salary from 3 months and as per the company policy I should pay 1 month salary if I resign from the job. So is it a trap that I cannot resign and they don't pay me .

A. Dear Client
You will have to send legal notice to the ex employer with all the details to seek the due salary as well compensation for the same. You can get in touch with a lawyer who would send the notice on your behalf.

Lawyers are not supposed to take legal work on commission basis hence that is not an ok way to go ahead. You can still get in touch with some lawyers and change the advocate on record for your case.
