A. Dear client,
They have every right to ask for the EMI from you. However, they cannot harass you into paying the EMI. You can file a legal notice and send it to them. But, since you are the one at fault in paying back the EMI, it may be tough to claim them constantly contacting you was 'harassment'. Instead, you can write a letter explaining your financial situation to them and ask for more time to repay the EMI.

They cannot reject your application. Moreover, each private university shall be established by a separate State Act and shall conform to the relevant provisions of the UGC Act, 1956.
