He has only 3 sisters. ( 2 alive )
out of which one is deceased.
Does the deceased 's sister's children have the right to a share of my uncles property ?
His ornaments
His bank accounts ? and joint accounts
What to do if the care taker suppresses his will?

A.Dear Client
your question is not clear due to lack of family tree and property details. But be advised that the deceased's sister children do have rights in the property here the deceased would have had. So, it depends whether the sister had the right on the property or not.

A.Dear client,
No, unless they are nominated or is written in a will, they can not claim his ornaments or bank accounts. If there is a joint account of their mother then they can claim it.
Thank you
