A. Anything that happened before the marriage can be called as adulterous and your husband will not be able to get any benefit out of this while filing a divorce case in the court. As per the information you stated above, you have to work for 1.5 years starting from May 1st, 2020. If you resign before the completion of the said period, you have to pay the bond amount as stated in the agreement. However, if you have any confusion or ambiguity in the said agreement, you can get the help of a lawyer.
