First contact your advocate-on-record and ask him to send a letter to the Registrar of High Court to list your case before the respective judge or else ask him to file a petition called as expedite petition which is generally filed with a prayer to hear your matter as soon as possible as there is an urgency.

A. Courts sometimes ask the originals to be shown to them, and sometimes when ask for originals they will be ordered to be kept in safe custody. So, you can personally take the originals and handover to the Court, if asked. You can check the ordersheet of your case to see if such a thing has been ordered.

A. You have already made a payment what remains to be done. Was there any agreement? What next if they don't keep their promise and you do not get a job of your choice and good salary? A. It will certainly raise eyebrows of the court, since he had not filled the cheque himself and handwriting will be different if you fill up his cheque. He will certainly raise this point in his defense and Magistrate will certainly make its observations and findings. Chance of your cheque bounce case u/s 138 NI Act will not make him accountable.
