Firstly, you need to recheck all your papers to ensure the belt under which your land comes. If it is wrongly showed so, then please approach the land revenue officer and make an application to correct the entry. After such a correction has taken place, you may approach the forest department to update their database.

A. Hi, scams on freelancers are indeed common. You should be careful of employers who ask you to transfer money before they make a payment to you on completion of a certain task. Secondly, you should also chat with them through the in-app/website chat option and not on email. if someone insists on chatting on another platform, it is a red flag.
You can try reporting the user's profile on Freelancer. You can also file a police compliant u/s 200 crpc.

yes, the stay order issued by the supreme court is valid only for a period of 6 months. extension would be granted only in exceptional basis. the case law referred to by the court is valid.
