A. if father in law not liked his brother in law then he had to make condition in the "WILL" itelf.
a "WILL" is governed by its conditions.
if there are no conditions then mother in law can do whatever she pleases with her share.
That is the reason 'WILL" have to be made properly.

A. If you have evidence then IPC 306 can be filed.
she will face criminal charge and if convicted then she will get prison as punishment .
There is no concept of compensation from accused that too from accused family. However the court will impose fine which is given to family of victim. but it will be so less that it will not pay rent for 2 months.

A. Hi,
The company cannot arbitrarily fire you. Also, they need to give the notice in writing stating the reasons for firing you. You can file a complaint against your employer for illegal termination of employment.

A. Hi,
The first thing needed to clear out is that who has the right of the property. If the property was in your mother's name then she could have gifted it to anyone. Since she has gifted it to you, you are now the owner of the property. It is suggested that you keep all the proofs with you to show the legality of the gift deed.
