However, the property will be distributed between you and your brother, if no condition to the contrary is stated in the will and the daughters deny to make any claim.

Commercial shop in residential area

A. first of all, nothing happens by suicide.
Even if you leave note then also she will not be hanged so remove those thought of suicide from your mind.
root cause of suicide/problem have to be finished so no more need of suicide.
now if a girl is using you then definitely she is having something against you but nothing is more than extreme source. file a police complaint or seek help. if nothing work then run away and save your life for now. Things will fall in place after sometime.

A. if father in law not liked his brother in law then he had to make condition in the "WILL" itelf.
a "WILL" is governed by its conditions.
if there are no conditions then mother in law can do whatever she pleases with her share.
That is the reason 'WILL" have to be made properly.
