Does co of and wife of mean the same thing in a property paper? If co of means it is general power of attorney, can it be revoked by only one person w/o the signature of the other?

A. forget abt judgement or reference, i myself took 2 months basic salary from company i resigned years ago because my offer letter mentioned "Basic Salary" and not full salary.
so you have to refer your offer letter again.

A. Hi,
If you move out after your lease ends, the landlord must return the rental security deposit 30 days after you move out. However, if he does not return the security deposit, a legal notice can issued regarding the same.

A. Hello,
Yes. You can replace your lawyer if you have lost faith or confidence in your lawyer to represent you, you have the right to change counsel. Ideally, it would be good to speak with your lawyer about what is making you unhappy or uncomfortable and give that lawyer the chance to fix the problem. If you cannot resolve your issue(s) with your lawyer, you have the right to fire that lawyer and replace them.
Although, you should clear all the dues of his fee.
