NOC REPAIRING

I am a monthly tenant of a shop room.My landlord is not providing me any written NOC for repairing of my damage showroom.What to do ?What steps should I take legally? Without NOC can I repair my shop room.My landlord is saying to leave the shop room or raise the rent?Need repairing what to do plz advice?

A.Hello. You can send a legal notice at first with your demands and if they are not fulfilled, you can move the court for the same.

A.Hello,
Since the room is of the landlord, you would essentially require the NOC to repair the room, also, the landlord cannot raise the rent to the extent which is not mentioned in your rental agreement.
