Thank you very much Sir, one more issue is the seller expired today and his sons has shared the amount i paid for property still i can file for fraud and cheat??? . And please let me know if i should go to consumer forum or where i should file complain to get this issue solved sooner than normal.??

as per civil law the son and legal heirs are liable to pay to the extent he received benefits from his deceased father. It is obligation to pay the debt out of the estate of the deceased and not out of personal assets of the son and legal heir. This obligation is on only hindu son and not on every son (so muslim son is not bound). There is no criminal liability of a son against any act done by his father. Only civil case maintainable.
